Coffee Profile
  • Type: Robusta (Single Origin)
  • Growing Method: Shade-grown
  • Processing Method: Fly-picked and hand-processed

Our coffee is cultivated with care and dedication, with plants grown under the protective shade of native tree species. This natural canopy allows the cherries to ripen slowly, enhancing their flavor complexity. During harvest, each cherry is hand-picked at the peak of ripeness, ensuring only the finest are selected. The beans are then meticulously processed to preserve their natural essence, capturing the unique flavor profile that reflects the passion and craftsmanship poured into every step of the journey.

The practice

Sustainability

At Mooppers Plantations, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We employ rainwater harvesting to ensure optimal water usage, preserving this vital resource for future generations. Our commitment to soil health is reflected in the use of organic fertilizers, which enhance fertility without relying on chemical additives.  Additionally, we prioritize soil preservation through erosion control and afforestation efforts, ensuring the land remains fertile and vibrant for years to come. These practices embody our dedication to cultivating coffee in harmony with nature.
